📡 🐈 GATOSHOP operates from a private studio in Mexico City and is curated and run by Inechi, who also makes your packages and maintains this website. ♿️ 💙 She is physically disabled with limited mobility and is grateful to receive occasional assistance from her printmaker husband Ramón, as well as from local artists: Rox, Ana and Nico. Our Tijuana shipping team is leaded by cartoonist Urbano and his family.

★ ORDERING
⭐️ Final prices are in USD. We accept debit & credit cards securely via PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We accept Wise and bank transfers for wholesale orders only. ⁠We also offer personalized gift orders ♡

⭐️ Once you place your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation email. If you make multiple orders, we will combine them into one package (if possible) and ship it to the first address you provided. ★ SHIPPING
⭐️ We ship from Mexico City with the postal service. Rates start at $20 with tracking and delivery in 4 to 6 weeks. Within this time frame we consider about 10 days for your package preparation and shipment.

⭐️ We'll email you a shipping confirmation with your tracking number once we drop off your package with Mex Post. It will be delivered by your local postal service (such as: Canada Post in Canada, Royal Mail in the UK, etc.) You can track it at their official website– that will be your best source for updates while it's in transit!

⭐️ Tracking your package is very important: that's how you’ll know if you're required to pick it up at the post office or if you'll have to pay taxes to receive it. This is to be determined by your country's officials (not by us) so make sure to keep up with the tracking at your postal service's website to stay informed. We do our best to declare your package within a reasonable value but please understand that any additional costs such as import duties are your responsibility as a buyer.

⭐️ Make sure your address is correct when ordering! Use your legal name to ensure delivery. If you need to make changes, contact me asap!

⭐️ We can not offer express shipping via private carriers such as Fedex, DHL or UPS at the moment. We also do not offer shipping without tracking via regular mail as it is not available in Mexico for international post. Thank you for understanding.

⭐️ We ship with USPS from California via Tijuana. Since it's a domestic shipment, it's completely tariff free! Rates start at $20 with tracking and delivery within 4 weeks. Within this time frame we consider about 10 days for your package preparation plus its shipment from Mexico City to our team in Tijuana, who will cross it over to California to mail it directly to you.

⭐️ We'll email you a shipping confirmation after we send your package to Tijuana, and then another one with your tracking number once it's with USPS in California.

⭐️ Make sure your address is correct when ordering! Use your legal name to ensure delivery. If you need to make changes, contact me asap!

⭐️ We can not ship directly from Mexico City to the USA nor offer express shipping via private carriers such as Fedex, DHL or UPS at the moment. This situation is out of our control, so that's why we have organized our own delivery network with family and friends in Tijuana to get your packages to you. ❶ Al terminar el checkout, recibirás un email confirmando que tus artículos están apartados.
❷ En las próximas 24 horas te escribiré por Whatsapp (o por email, si no tienes : ) con el total final en pesos (ya con el descuento) y mis datos para el depósito.
❸ Tienes 3 días hábiles para hacer el pago. Si después de eso no respondes, tus artículos volverán a estar disponibles y los próximos pedidos que hagas se cancelarán de forma automática.


★ ENVÍOS
⭐️ Hacemos envíos a todo México con guía de rastreo por Correos en $80 pesos (entrega de 15 a 30 días) y por Fedex con un costo base de $200 pesos (entrega de 3 a 5 días). Una vez recibido tu pago, nos toma unos 10 días procesar tu pedido. En cuanto enviemos tu paquete te paso tu guía : )

⭐️ Si estás en CD MX puedes pedir un Uber para que pase por tu pedido y te lo entregue. Te escribo por Whatsapp (o por email, si no tienes : ) para coordinarlo. Puede ser Lunes o Jueves, a las 12 del mediodía o a las 9 de la noche (tú eliges el horario que más te convenga). El servicio lo solicitas tú y su costo va por tu cuenta. Nuestra ubicación te la comparto una vez realizado el pago, pero para tu consideración, estamos en la delegación Benito Juárez. No es un local, es sólo para recoger.

⭐️ No hacemos entregas personales pero sí personalizamos pedidos y envolvemos para regalo ♡

Our shop exists online only, but if you're in Mexico City you can order an Uber / motorbike to pick up your order! Just enter a Mexico City address during check out for this option to appear (it can be your hotel, your friend or relative's house, etc.) and I will contact you within 24 hrs. after your order is placed, via Whatsapp (preferably) or via email to coordinate. My schedule for pickups is Mondays and Fridays, at noon or 9PM. You chose the day and time most convenient for you. Uber pick up service is commonly used here to deliver items since it's cheaper than riding the Uber yourself!

★ REFUNDS
⭐️ All sales are final! We do not offer exchanges or refunds since this is a small business that can not afford to do so. Be mindful and intentional about your purchase.

I'm happy to help you with anything regarding your order (just contact me below) but be aware that I am not responsible for issues that are not my fault, such as: failures of the postal service of my country or yours, potential tax charges, or a returned or lost package due to it being: left unclaimed, with unpaid taxes or sent to a name or address that wasn't correctly provided. I can mail your package back to you only if I receive it and you are willing to pay for the shipping again.

⭐️ If you have an issue with your package once you receive it, you must email your claim to us with photo proof within 1 month of its delivery date.
