GATOSHOP is an online only shop based in Mexico City created by Inés Estrada (Inechi) in 2013, originally known as Gatosaurio. We specialize in alternative comics, artist stickers, cool trinkets & gifts.

Our catalogue combines our own creations with unique merch, books & zines that we buy directly from local & international artists, publishers and small brands who we love to support, as well as some selected new & vintage finds, mostly from Mexico and Asia. This eclectic selection is inspired by the chaotic energy of Mexico City, cartoons and anime, DIY and 2000s internet nostalgia... Our pro screen printer. He also helps with post office duties. He has his own printing workshop where he does etching, woodblock & lithography for various artists. Ramón & Inechi are married ♡

★ SHIPPING
⭐️ We ship world wide via the postal service. We take about 10 days to process and ship orders, and they arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. We'll email your tracking number after your package is sent. It will be delivered by your country's postal service and we'll ship it from Mexico City via Mex Post.

📦 ★UPDATED SHIPPING RATES FOR 2026 🌐👉 ⭐️ New flat rate for all countries, starting at $14 USD with tracking for packages under 250 g. / 1/2 a pound (about 15 stickers!) and increasing in $5 USD per each additional 250 g. / 1/2 pounds. We are not able to offer untracked shipping as Mex Post does not provide that service for international mail.

⭐️ Tracking is available at your country's postal service website ⭐️ It's very important that you track your package once it's in transit so you're informed in case you're required to pick it up at the post office or to pay taxes to receive it. This is entirely up to your country's administration (not us) so make sure to keep up with the tracking on their official postal service website to stay informed.

⭐️ Make sure your address is correct when ordering! Use your legal name to ensure delivery. If you need to make changes, contact me asap!

⭐️ If you make multiple orders, we will combine them into one package (if possible) and ship it to the first address you provided. Check your order confirmation email for a code to get free shipping on combined orders : )

⭐️ Express shipping is available only via Fedex with 3 to 5 day delivery. The cost of this service starts at $50 USD and can vary a lot depending on weight, destination and currency exchange rates. Just contact me after you've placed your order and I'll get back to you with the best rate they give me.

★ SHIPPING
⭐️ We ship from California via USPS with tracking and no tariffs! Rates start at $20 and your order will arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. Our processing times include our usual 10 day package preparation plus the shipment of your package to our team in Tijuana, who will cross it over to California to ship it domestically to you. ⭐️ We'll email you a shipping confirmation once we send it to Tijuana, and then another one with your tracking number once it's with USPS in California.

⭐️ We can NOT ship directly from Mexico City to the USA, not via the postal service nor private carriers, because shipping has been suspended since August 2025 due to the new tariffs. This situation is out of our control, so that's why we decided to organize our own delivery network with family and friends in Tijuana to get your packages to you. Your support is much appreciated during these unprecedented times is much appreciated!

★ ENVÍOS
⭐️ Hacemos envíos a todo México con guía de rastreo por Correos en $80 pesos (con entrega de 15 a 30 días) y por Fedex a partir de $150 pesos (con entrega de 3 a 5 días). Una vez recibido tu pago, nos toma unos 10 días procesar tu pedido. En cuanto enviemos tu paquete te paso tu guía : )

⭐️ No tenemos local, pero si estás en CD MX puedes pedir un Uber para que pase por tu pedido (es sólo para recoger). Te escribiré por Whatsapp (o por email, si no tienes : ) para que coordinemos tu entrega (el costo va por tu cuenta). Puede ser sólo los Lunes o Jueves, a las 12 del mediodía o a las 9 de la noche (tú eliges lo que más te convenga). Estamos en la alcaldía Benito Juárez. No hacemos entregas personales pero sí personalizamos pedidos y envolvemos para regalo ⁠(⁠⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠⁠) ･*･｡♡

Our shop exists online only, but if you're in Mexico City you can order an Uber / motorbike to pick up your order! Just enter a Mexico City address during check out for this option to appear (it can be your hotel, your friend or relative's house, etc.) and I will contact you within 24 hrs. after your order is placed, via Whatsapp (preferably) or via email to coordinate. My schedule for pickups is Mondays and Fridays, at noon or 9PM. You chose the day and time most convenient for you. Uber pick up service is commonly used here to deliver items since it's cheaper than riding the Uber yourself!

★ REFUNDS
⭐️ All sales are final! I do not offer exchanges or refunds since this is a small business that can not afford to do so. Once you've made the payment, the processing fees that Shopify (the platform on which the GATOSHOP runs) charges us for securely handling your transaction are kept by them, even if the order is refunded or canceled.

⭐️ Order issues will be dealt on a case by case basis. I'm happy to help you with anything regarding your order (just contact me below) but be aware that I am not responsible for issues that are not my fault, such as: failures of the postal service of my country or yours, potential tax charges, or a returned or lost package due to it being: left unclaimed, with unpaid taxes or sent to a name or address that wasn't correctly provided.
