GATOSHOP is an online only shop based in Mexico City created by Inés Estrada (Inechi) in 2013, originally known as Gatosaurio. We specialize in alternative comics, artist stickers, trinkets & cool gifts. Our offerings combine items made by us and others sourced directly from local & international artists plus specialty vendors, with a some CD MX street style pieces and vintage goods. This eclectic selection is inspired by the chaotic energy of Mexico City, cartoons and anime, DIY and 2000s internet nostalgia...

★ WHO IS GATOSHOP
🌀 Inechi: Curator of our catalogue, designer, webmaster & package maker. / She's also known as a comics artist!
🥦 Rox: Assistant to Inechi (who is physically disabled.) Helps with packages & other studio tasks. / She also works as a ceramist!
🕸️ Ramón (Epigono): Our pro screen printer. He also helps with post office duties. / He has his own printing workshop where he does etching, woodblock & lithography for various artists. ♡ Ramón & Inechi are married : 3

La página está en inglés porque está abierta al público internacional en línea, que desde el inicio han sido la mayoría de mis clientes. Igual cualquier duda que tengas, con mucho gusto te atiendo en español y te doy precio especial si pagas con transferencia o en OXXO : )

⭐️ We ship world wide via Mex Post with tracking and packages take about 1 month to arrive. We'll email you your tracking in about 10 days, once your order ships. Your package will be delivered by your local postal service (i.e: USPS in the USA) & you can track it at their website. Rates start at:

⭐️ If you're in the USA or Europe, please track your package! Your local postal service may require you to go pick it up at their office or to pay taxes to receive it– this is entirely up to them and their website is the best way of knowing if that will be the case! Avoid getting it returned or lost u.u...

⭐️ There is no international mail service in Mexico without tracking. These are the best rates we can offer!

⭐️ If you require express shipping, we have the option for 3 day delivery via Fedex or DHL. Their rates start at $50 USD and the cost can vary a lot depending on weight, destination and currency exchange rates. ⭐️ Just contact me below after you've placed your order and I'll get back to you with the best rate they give me : )

👉 ¿CÓMO FUNCIONA? Primero recibirás un email confirmando que tus artículos están apartados y en el transcurso de 24 horas te escribiré por Whatsapp (o por email, si no tienes : ) con el total final en pesos (ya con el descuento) junto con mis datos para el depósito. ⚠️ Recuerda que tienes 3 días hábiles para hacer el pago! Si después de eso no contestas, tus artículos volverán a estar disponibles y pasarás a la lista negra...


★ ENVÍOS
⭐️ Hacemos envíos por Correos de México con guía de rastreo a toda la república por $60 pesos ¡y gratis en compras de $700 pesos o más! En el transcurso de 10 días te escribo para confirmar tu envío y pasarte tu guía y de 15 a 30 días tendrás en tus manos tu pedido : )

⭐️ No tenemos local, pero si estás en CD MX puedes pedir un Uber / moto para recoger tu pedido en San Pedro de los Pinos. Recuerda que el costo de este servicio va por tu cuenta y que no hay entregas personales. Te escribiré por Whatsapp (o por email, si no tienes : ) para que coordinemos tu entrega en el día y hora de tu preferencia.

⭐️ Si requieres que tu envío llegue en 3 días por paquetería exprés Fedex, DHL o Estafeta. Sólo considera que el costo de su servicio empieza a partir de $250 pesos y que esta es sólo una tarifa base, pero puede variar según el peso y la distancia. El costo final te lo daré en el transcurso de 24 horas, una vez teniendo tu paquete listo para cotizarlo con ellos directamente.

⭐️ If you have a shop and would like to become one of our stockists, we offer discounts of 50% on all of our own GATOSHOP products and 20% on distro items from Mexico!

⭐️ For first time wholesale orders, the minimum total is $50 USD. Our shipping rates vary in between $9 to $30 USD, depending on weight and destination. We prefer international bank transfers (can be done via Wise or at your bank) and we also accept Paypal.

⭐️ Your package will come labeled with the complete information you provide us for shipping: Name, address, email and phone number, since this is all required by Mex Post for international mail. Your information will not be used or shared in any other way.

★ REFUNDS
⭐️ All sales are final! I do not offer exchanges or refunds since this is a small business that can not afford to do so.

⭐️ Order issues will be dealt on a case by case basis. I'm happy to help you with anything regarding your order (just contact me below) but be aware that I am not responsible for issues that are not my fault, such as: failures of the postal service of my country or yours, an incorrect address, tax charges, or a returned or lost package due to it being left unclaimed or with unpaid taxes.

I consider every order you make at the Gatoshop as a gift you're making to yourself, so even if we like to keep the outside packaging discrete and use recycled materials, I always make sure to include extra surprises for you, so that it feels extra special when you receive it!
