GATOSHOP is an online only shop based in Mexico City created by Inés Estrada (Inechi) in 2013, originally known as Gatosaurio. We specialize in alternative comics, artist stickers, trinkets & cool gifts.

Our catalogue combines our own creations with unique merch, books & zines that we buy directly from local & international artists, publishers and small brands who we love to support, as well as some selected new & vintage finds, mostly from Mexico and Asia. This eclectic selection is inspired by the chaotic energy of Mexico City, cartoons and anime, DIY and 2000s internet nostalgia... Curator of our catalogue, designer, webmaster & package maker. She's also a comics artist, best known for Alienation, a science fiction / horror graphic novel first published in 2019.

Our pro screen printer. He also helps with post office duties. He has his own printing workshop where he does etching, woodblock & lithography for various artists. Ramón & Inechi are married ♡

❸ Tienes 3 días hábiles para hacer el pago. Si después de eso no contestas, tus artículos volverán a estar disponibles y los próximos pedidos que hagas se cancelarán de forma automática.


★ ENVÍOS
⭐️ Hacemos envíos a todo México con guía de rastreo por Correos en $80 pesos (con entrega de 15 a 30 días) y por Fedex a partir de $150 pesos (con entrega de 3 a 5 días). Una vez recibido tu pago, nos toma unos 10 días procesar tu pedido. En cuanto enviemos tu paquete te paso tu guía : )

⭐️ No tenemos local, pero si estás en CD MX puedes pedir un Uber para que pase por tu pedido (es sólo para recoger). Te escribiré por Whatsapp (o por email, si no tienes : ) para que coordinemos tu entrega (el costo va por tu cuenta). Puede ser sólo los Lunes o Jueves, a las 12 del mediodía o a las 9 de la noche (tú eliges lo que más te convenga). Estamos en la alcaldía Benito Juárez. No hacemos entregas personales pero sí personalizamos pedidos y envolvemos para regalo ⁠(⁠⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠⁠) ･*･｡♡

⭐️ We accept debit & credit cards securely via PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay, Google Pay and MercadoPago. Final prices are in USD. We can also accept Wise and bank transfers for wholesale orders only. ⁠We also offer personalized gift orders (⁠⁠´⁠ω⁠｀⁠⁠) ･*･｡♡


★ SHIPPING
⭐️ We ship world wide via the postal service. We take about 10 days to process and ship orders, and they arrive in 4 to 6 weeks. We'll email your tracking number after your package is sent. It will be delivered by your country's postal service and we'll ship it from Mexico City via Mex Post.

📦 ★UPDATED SHIPPING RATES FOR 2026 🌐👉 ⭐️ New flat rate for all countries, starting at $14 USD with tracking for packages under 250 g. / 1/2 a pound (about 15 stickers!) and increasing in $5 USD per each additional 250 g. / 1/2 pounds. We are not able to offer untracked shipping as Mex Post does not provide that service for international mail.

⭐️ Tracking is available through global package trackers and at your country's postal service website, except for Canada and Australia, where according to their postal services, tracking is available only while the package is in Mexico. Regardless, we mail packages to both countries often and succesfully! ⭐️ For the rest of the world: It's very important that you track your package once it's in transit so you're informed in case you're required to pick it up at the post office or to pay taxes to receive it– this is entirely up to your country and their postal service's website is the best way for you to know this, as it can happen that they don't leave a notice... and the last thing we want is for your package to get returned or lost!

⭐️ Make sure your address is correct when ordering! Use your legal name to ensure delivery. If you need to make changes, contact me asap!

⭐️ If you make multiple orders, we will combine them into one package (if possible) and ship it to the first address you provided. Check your order confirmation email for a code to get free shipping on combined orders : )

⭐️ Express shipping is available only via Fedex with 3 to 5 day delivery. The cost of this service starts at $50 USD and can vary a lot depending on weight, destination and currency exchange rates. Just contact me after you've placed your order and I'll get back to you with the best rate they give me!

⚠️ We can NOT ship to the USA! Not via private carriers or Mex Post. USA shipments are suspended since August 2025 due to the latest tariffs (more info), a situation that is out of our control. As an alternative, you can use a proxy service to order from us.

⭐️ Due these circumstances, we have decided to stop crossing back products made in the USA, as getting them in and out of there is too complicated. Please just get them there directly from the makers, otherwise we will refund those specific items from your order (minus $1 USD for the processing fee). Thank you for understanding 🙏

⭐️ Your package will come labeled with the complete information you provide us for shipping: Name, address, email and phone number, since this is all required by Mex Post for international mail. Your information will NOT be used or shared in any other way.

⭐️ GATOSHOP runs on the Shopify platform, which provides industry-standard payment methods and web security measures. We take every precaution necessary to make sure your personal information and transactions are as secure as possible. 


★ REFUNDS
⭐️ All sales are final! I do not offer exchanges or refunds since this is a small business that can not afford to do so. Once you've made the payment, the processing fees that Shopify (the platform on which the GATOSHOP runs) charges us for securely handling your transaction are kept by them, even if the order is refunded or canceled.
