★ Keep in mind packages take about 1 month to arrive since I'm mostly just one person doing everything and Mex Post isn't very fast (but it is reliable!) so please be patient ♡

★ Any issues with orders will be dealt on a case by case basis– I am happy to help you with anything regarding your order but be aware that I am not responsible for issues that are not my fault, such as: failures of the postal service of my country or yours, an incorrect address, tax charges, or a returned or lost package due to it being left unclaimed or with unpaid taxes.

★ Please check that your address is correct and keep track of your package once it is in transit so you are informed in case you need to pick it up at the post office personally or are required by your country to pay taxes to receive it. Your package will be labeled with the complete information you provide us for shipping: Name, address, email and phone number, since this is all required by Mex Post for international mail. Your information will not be used or shared in any other way.

★ All sales are final! I do not offer exchanges or refunds since this is a small business that can not afford to do so. Depending on your case I may offer other forms of compensation but if your address or country is not secure for receiving mail, then order at your own risk. Thank you for understanding ☮️💟
